Artificial T-cell Receptor Therapy for Glioma

Artificial or chimeric T-cell receptor therapy represent a novel approach to re-"engineering" the human immune system to attack human glioblastoma tumors.  This is done by introducing genetic material in the form of an artificial T-cell receptor into human T-cells and causing them to be redirected to attack tumors of neural origin.   We have attached a small PDF that highlights some of the details of this approach.
